Program Structure

12 weeks. 96 hours class & clinical. 60-hour externship.

Every class meets Thursday and Friday. At the end, you graduate with a Tennessee Board of Dentistry approved Certificate of Completion — and a network of dental offices that know your name.

Weeks 1–2
Foundations
Dental anatomy, OSHA, infection control, disinfection and treatment room care. The baseline every assistant needs.
Weeks 3–5
Clinical Skills
Digital X-rays and DANB RHS exam prep. Four-handed dentistry. Impressions, casts, night guards, whitening trays. Diagnostics in a real clinical setting.
Weeks 6–8
Advanced Skills & Front Office
Coronal polish and sealants (state license exam prep), CPR, basic orthodontics. Dentrix software and front office administration.
Weeks 9–12
Externship
60 hours in a working dental practice. Vibe places you with offices across multiple surrounding counties. Real-world experience before your final exam.

Yes. Classes meet Thursday and Friday only. Monday through Wednesday is yours — your job, your routine, your income stays the same throughout the entire 12 weeks.
Tuition is $4,000 total. A $500 deposit holds your seat and counts toward that balance. Financing is available through Climb Credit and FundMyContract — they pay upfront and you repay over time. You don't need $4,000 in your account to get started.
